Organization Analytic Maturity Factors - Norm Reitter, CTC. Emerging as the home for "analytics", we have the opportunity to support competitive value through improved decisions. An Organizational Analytics Maturity Model (OAMM) allows organizations to understand how well their existing information resources support their decisions, which types of analytics to invest in, and how to restructure their human resources. This paper proposes an OAMM for assessing an organization's analytics health and making changes to improve decision-making.
