The Third POMS-HK International Conference provides a forum for practitioners and academics to share their knowledge, experience, and insights on the design, analysis, planning, implementation, and management of production and service systems in the volatile global environment. With the great successes of the previous two POMS-HK conferences, this third conference will carry on the convention of being a focal event on the dissemination of current and emerging trends in production and operations management relevant to Hong Kong, the Greater China, the Asia-Pacific region, and the world.
